a) Booking

We’ll contact you by phone and send you an email within 24 hours to confirm your appointment. (Contact will be made Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm)

A Lovecarpet online account will be made for you to keep track of your appointment time, carpet quotes and all the documentation and help that you may need.
b) The Visit

At your appointment, one of our friendly, expert advisors will visit your home and show your our fantastic range of carpets. You'll see exactly how your new carpet will look in your room.


Things to remember:

  • Our appointments are completely free

  • There’s absolutely no obligation to buy

  • Our advisors won’t stay a minute longer than you want them to


Our friendly advisor will:

  • show you a full range of samples – these are larger than your typical posted samples that other companies will charge you to send out!

  • take all the necessary measurements whilst they are there

  • provide a free no-obligatory quote that we know you'll love


You can talk about your budget and the advisor will go through what’s available to come up with the right solution for you.


What happens then?

If you’re happy with our quote, you can place your order there and then. With a wide range of payment options available, your advisor will:

  • ask for a small deposit / take payment in full / arrange finance documents

  • explain our fitting procedure


Need time to think about your quote? That’s fine... Simply contact us when you’re ready to place your order. Your quote is valid with us for 7 days.

 
c) Fitting

Once we have confirmed your order, a member of our operations department will contact you within 24 hours to book the fitting of your carpet. Just tell us a time that is convenient - even evenings and weekends! Our expert local fitters will supply everything you need from doorbars to grippers to make sure everything runs smoothly.


We can fit your carpet within 7 days anywhere in the UK - that's a promise!
